Autark GT（以下「本サービス」）は、Autark Techが提供する業務管理サービスです。本規約は、本サービスの利用に適用されます。
Autark GT ("the Service") is a business management service provided by Autark Tech. These terms govern your use of the Service.
本サービスは理髪店の業務管理を目的としたビジネス向けサービスです。利用者は法人または個人事業主であることを確認するものとします。
The Service is intended for businesses managing barbershop operations. By using the Service, you confirm you are a business entity or sole proprietor.
本サービスは15日間の無料トライアルを提供します。トライアル期間終了後、継続してご利用いただく場合は契約プランに定める料金が発生します。
The Service offers a 15-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use is billed according to the contracted plan.
本サービスはいつでもキャンセル可能です。解約手数料や違約金は発生しません。キャンセルは当該請求期間の終了時に有効となります。
You may cancel the Service at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
本サービスは理髪店の業務管理目的にのみ使用できます。不正アクセス、スパム送信、または法律に違反する行為への使用を禁止します。
The Service may only be used for barbershop management purposes. Use for unauthorized access, spam, or any unlawful activity is prohibited.
Autark Techは、本サービスの利用または利用不能から生じる間接的、偶発的、または結果的損害について責任を負いません。Autark Techの責任は、お客様が支払った直近1ヶ月分の料金を上限とします。
Autark Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service. Autark Tech's total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the most recent one-month period.
本規約を変更する場合、変更の30日前までにお知らせします。変更後も本サービスを継続して利用することで、新しい規約に同意したものとみなされます。
We will provide 30 days' notice before making changes to these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The courts of Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
